Armenia has gone through radical transformations of key societal and economic foundations in recent years, which brought to dramatic shifts in values, norms and behavioural patterns.

EV studies the value aspects of transforation processes, particularly on how cultural values influence economic behavior and economic development, ethical aspects of doing business in transition societies, as well as historical context and trends in cultural perceptions. This stream of work is intertwined with Identity initiative.
